Meet Captain William “Bill” Fromen, owner and operator of the Wicked Wahine and a seasoned waterman, with over 20 years of experience on the ocean. Known for his steady hand, local knowledge, and calm, confident style, Captain Bill has spent decades navigating Hawaiian waters, chasing big game fish, and sharing the thrill of the catch with guests from all over the world.
With a deep respect for the sea and a passion for classic vessels, he restored and now commands the Wicked Wahine. Whether guiding first-time anglers or seasoned pros, Captain Bill brings professionalism, patience, and a genuine love for the craft to every charter.

Family Owned and Operated
Captain Bill is surrounded by his own loving wicked wahine. His wife, Jacqui, and daughter, Simone, help run the operation behind the scenes. His sister Lisa (also pictured) is another wicked wahine in his life who has supported his business endeavors throughout the years. Family owned and operated, this boat is full of love and care, and the entire Fromen family strives to give you the best experience possible, doing what they love.
